CARMINE MORABITO, M.D.
Dr. Morabito originally from Camden, NJ, has been practicing Ophthalmology since 1969. He completed his eye training at the Scheie Eye Institute of the University of Penn. (1966-1969) Philadelphia, PA. He joined the practice of Suffolk Ophthalmology Associates in July of 1969. He is board certified in Ophthalmology and has been in practice for forty five years. Dr. Morabito served in the United States Medical Corps as a a general Medical Officer from 1964 - 1966. He decided to become an Ophthalmologist while in the service. He is a member of the American Board of Ophthalmology, American Academy of Ophthalmology and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He has been a member of the Suffolk County Medical Society since 1969, Suffolk County Ophthalmology Association serving all his years of practice. Dr. Morabito has been a member of the Medical Staff of Southside Hospital, Bayshore NY and Good Samaritan Hospital West Islip, NY since 1969.
