Dr. Celine Satija is a fellowship-trained cornea and cataract surgery specialist. She also focused on the treatment of keratoconus patients with corneal crosslinking. Dr. Satija is uniquely capable of caring for patients with complex corneal and anterior segment disease. She believes in individualized patient care and is a strong advocate for her patients. Throughout her career, Celine Satija has published numerous peer-reviewed articles, several textbook chapters, and was a co-editor of a reference text for cornea providers. She has presented her research at regional and national conferences. She is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons. Outside of her work. Dr. Satija enjoys playing tennis, hosting dinner parties for her friends and family, playing the violin, exploring NYC, and traveling with her husband, Matt, and her dog, Mardi. Dr. Satija is conversational in Mandarin.
