Bio

Dr. Immanuel is a board certified ophthalmologist specializing in cataract and refractive surgery. He enjoys doing surgery but one of the most rewarding parts of his job is seeing how happy his patients are after he restores their vision. He strives to treat every patient the way he would treat his own family and spends extra time to understand and provide for the needs of his patients. Dr. Immanuel also taught surgery to ophthalmology residents at Nassau University Medical Center and is proud that these residents have gone on to become successful surgeons including John Mauro and Victor Giamos from SightMD and David Sachs from OCLI. Dr. Immanuel also enjoys skiing, windsurfing, and flying radio-controlled gliders.
