You must be 18 years or older to participate. To claim the FREE LASIK prize, the winner must attend the Live LASIK event in person. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or its equivalent. Eligibility will be assessed during a complimentary LASIK consultation with Dr. Jeffrey Martin. The prize must be claimed by June 30, 2026. Employees of SightMD and SightGrowthPartners are not eligible to enter. The standard LASIK price is $5,500* for both eyes. All attendees will receive a $1,000 discount on their LASIK procedure, applicable only after completing a complimentary consultation and being approved as a suitable candidate by a SightMD surgeon.
