New Options For Oticon Opn

Oticon recently released it’s new ConnectClip. This multipurpose device now allows Opn hearing aids to connect via Bluetooth to most mobile phones. With the connect clip you can now listen to phone calls in your Opn hearing aids wirelessly and in stereo on any smartphone using Bluetooth 2.1 or later.

The ConnectClip not only streams phone calls to your hearing aids, but also music or other media from other Bluetooth enabled devices including MP3 players, personal computers or laptops. Your hearing aids can now be used as headphones with an audio bandwidth of 80Hz-10kHz.

Finally, the ConnectClip can be used as a remote microphone and volume control for the hearing aids. In noisy situations the ConnectClip can be placed in remote microphone mode to improve the intelligibility of the speaker wearing it. For example, you can improve the clarity of your dinner partner’s voice in a noisy restaurant simply by having them wear the ConnectClip on their collar.

If you would like more information about the ConnectClip, please contact one of the Audiologists at SightMD at 1-855-295-4144. They will be happy to answer all of your questions.
