Dr. Russell is a diligent & experienced ophthalmologist with a fellowship in Cornea, External Disease and Refractive Surgery. Dr. Russell takes a genuine interest in researching and educating himself on various new advancements in ophthalmology, so his patients get the best and the most advanced treatment possible. He focuses on all aspects of a patient’s experience which drive him towards excellence in providing healthcare.
