Jack Klenda, MD is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in cataract and refractive surgery, with advanced training in vision correction and anterior segment procedures. He is dedicated to delivering precision-driven care that restores vision while enhancing patients’ overall quality of life. Dr. Klenda’s clinical approach combines the latest surgical innovations with a strong commitment to patient-centered care and long-term visual outcomes.
Dr. Klenda completed an advanced fellowship in Anterior Segment and Refractive Surgery at Hoopes Vision in Salt Lake City, Utah, where his training focused on refractive cataract surgery and laser vision correction (LASIK). He completed his ophthalmology residency at Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow, New York, after earning his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Kansas State University.

Outside of clinical practice, Dr. Klenda enjoys playing pickleball, skiing, and exploring new recipes with his wife. He is excited to serve the Binghamton community and looks forward to building lasting relationships with his patients.
