Tracey Rosenlicht, OD is a residency-trained optometrist dedicated to delivering personalized, patient-centered eye care for individuals of all ages. Dr. Rosenlicht earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Master of Public Health from Stony Brook University, followed by her Doctor of Optometry from the New England College of Optometry. She further advanced her clinical skills through a residency in Primary Care, Ocular Disease, and Vision Rehabilitation at the Northport Veterans Affairs Medical Center.
Dr. Rosenlicht is a proud member of the New York State Optometric Association (NYSOA) and has been published in the Journal of Optometry and Visual Performance. Her professional philosophy centers on maximizing her patients’ visual potential through comprehensive, functional binocular assessments and individualized care.
With specialized training in low vision treatment and management, Dr. Rosenlicht provides specialty refractions for prescribing telescopes, bioptics, and magnifiers. She is experienced in binocular vision assessments for conditions such as diplopia, vision therapy for vergence and accommodative disorders, and post-traumatic brain injury (TBI) evaluations focused on binocular dysfunction. She also co-manages vestibular-ocular conditions and offers thorough pre- and post-operative care for both cataract and LASIK surgery.
In addition, Dr. Rosenlicht provides care for a wide range of eye health needs, including glaucoma co-management, diabetic eye examinations, age-related macular degeneration, and dry eye management with advanced treatments like punctal plugs, meibomian gland expression, and specialty contact lenses. She is also passionate about myopia management, pediatric eye care, and pediatric aphakia rehabilitation.
