Dr. Leslie Doctor, M.D., is a Board-Certified Ophthalmologist and the Medical Director serving patients in Fairfield County, Connecticut, with offices in Westport, Norwalk, and Wilton. Dr. Doctor earned her Medical Degree with Honors from The Ohio State University School of Medicine, where she also completed her Residency in Ophthalmology. Furthering her expertise, she pursued a Fellowship in Cornea and Refractive Surgery at The Ohio State University.

In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Doctor holds an academic appointment as an Associate Clinical Professor of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences at Yale University School of Medicine. In this role, she mentors and educates future eye surgeons, focusing on advanced techniques in Cataract Surgery and Intraocular Lens Implantation (IOL).

As the medical director of the Wilton Surgery Center, Dr. Doctor specializes in various surgical procedures, such as cataract surgery, cornea surgery, and other advanced eye surgeries. She delivers thorough eye care, including consultations and treatments for cataracts, corneal diseases, laser vision correction (LASIK), glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and age-related macular degeneration (ARMD).

Dr. Doctor is board-certified in ophthalmology and actively participates in the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery. With more than 30 years of experience, she is committed to improving the vision and eye health of patients across Fairfield County. Dr. Doctor is honored to continue the legacy of her parents, who have been serving the Fairfield community since 1965.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Dr. Doctor enjoys outdoor activities, skiing, and participating in community events across southern Connecticut with her family.
