*You must be 18 years of age or older to participate. To claim the FREE LASIK prize, the winner must attend the LASIK Demo Event in person. Eligibility will be determined during a complimentary LASIK consultation with Dr. Jeffrey Martin. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or its equivalent. The prize must be claimed by March 31, 2027. Employees of SightMD and SightGrowthPartners are not eligible to enter. The standard LASIK price is $5,500 for both eyes, effective January 1, 2026.
