Jeffrey Martin is a board-certified ophthalmologist and is President and Co-Founder of SightMD. Dr. Martin joined his father’s ophthalmology practice in 1997 and is proud to have helped it become a regional leader in eye care.
Dr. Martin is a specialist in both LASIK and cataract surgery. With laser vision correction, Dr. Martin is proud to have a state-of-the-art LASIK center right in our Smithtown, Long Island office utilizing the best in custom bladeless LASIK that gives our patients the best possible outcome. SightMD’s amazing technology along with over two decades of experience places Dr. Martin at the highest level of LASIK surgery.
In addition to his responsibilities at SightMD, Dr. Martin has taught resident ophthalmologists cataract surgery at the VA hospital at Northport for over 20 years.
In his free time, Dr. Martin enjoys time with his wife and three children and is a fitness enthusiast.
